What is Vacuum Casting

Vacuum casting is a rapid prototyping and small-batch production process for plastic and resin parts. Using a silicone mold derived from a master model, liquid polyurethane or other engineering resins are poured under vacuum to create high-detail, precise, and functional parts. This process ensures minimal air bubbles, smooth surfaces, and excellent dimensional accuracy

When to Use Vacuum Casting
